Treatments will be fully discussed with you and agreed it can involve a number of different techniques or treatments depending on what is needed and will be most effective

New Clients, for your first treatment a full consultation will take place, this is typically an hour session and will include a massage. This is charged at £60.00. Clients who have previously visited us can choose from the list below or just purchase an amount of time and I can tailor the treatment to suit your needs.

Sports Massage (60 mins) £50.00

 

60 mins session, to concentrate on problem areas of the body.

Fire Cupping (60 mins) £50.00

​

Treatments for cupping therapy an hour session, this includes a consultation and the treatment. Follow on fire cupping appointments are 45 minutes. Costs of fire cupping 45 mins £40, or 60 mins £50.

Purchase Custom Treatments (45 mins) £40.00 or (60 mins) £50.00

Custom Massage (45 mins) £40.00

This can cover selected areas of the body, Head, Face, Neck, Arms, Hands, Shoulders, Back, Legs and feet. The aim is to promote relaxation and wellbeing.

Custom Massage (60 mins) £50.00

​

This can cover all areas of the body, Neck, Arms, Hands, Shoulders, Back, Legs and feet. The aim is to promote relaxation and wellbeing.

Rehab session (50 mins) £55.00

​

This covers anyone who has an injury or range of movement issues who are looking for help to improve this.  Includes a combination of manual therapy and also exercises.

Personal Training Consultation Free

​

If you are looking for a personal trainer, who specialises in weight loss, strength training/toning muscles or simply like some direction and help with achieving your goals. Packages are available online or in person. ​
